WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY

The warranty obligations of the repaired iPads by Right There Repair are limited to the terms set forth
below. This Warranty Policy shall only be applied to the iPads that have been repaired by Right Their
Repair.


SECTION 1 – HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY COVERAGE LAST?
We offer a lifetime warranty for all iPads that have been repaired by Right There Repair under general
coverage of the warranty.

SECTION 2 – COVERAGE OF WARRANTY
I. iPad repair warranty cover material, mechanical and workmanship defects such as limited
touching, ghost touching, unresponsible touching, and complete non-responsive touching. The
warranty policy also covers (but is not limited to) the charging ports, physical buttons, defective IC
Chips on motherboards, network and connectivity issues, not charging issues, frame repairs and
other functionality issues.
II. Any issues that may arise that are close enough to what is removed in process of the repair may be
subject to this warranty policy. These types of warranties coverage shall be at the sole discretion of
technicians and managers of Right There Repair.
III. If the iPad gets defective again with the same issue(s) that has previously been repaired by Right
There Repair, such iPad will be repaired free of cost under the conditions of this Warranty Policy.
IV. The Warranty on the changed or replaced iPad shall remain effective for the remaining term of the
original Warranty.
V. All repairs provided and delivered/returned to you will pass the standard guidelines provided by
the assigned school district.

SECTION 3 – CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH WARRANTY IS NOT COVERED
I. The warranty policy offered by Right There Repair shall be void if the iPads have been damaged by
deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or
unreasonable use or abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, malicious damage, using not properly,
lightning, or other acts of nature.
II. The warranty shall be considered void if the customer/user has gone to another technician or
mechanic after Right There Repair services have been rendered. Any repairs attempted by anyone
other than Right There Repair technicians or managers shall void the lifetime warranty.
III. The loss of the item will not be covered by this Warranty Policy.
IV. Without limiting any other exclusion herein, we do not warrant that the item covered hereby,
including, without limitation, the technology and materials that were used to make an item will not
become obsolete or will remain compatible with any other product or technology with which the
repaired iPad may be used.

SECTION 4 – WHO IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
Only the original customer who has gotten the iPad repaired by us is covered under this Warranty Policy.
Warranties are NOT transferable and cannot be passed on to any other iPads that are assigned to the
student.

SECTION 5 – HOW TO CLAIM A WARRANTY UNDER THESE TERMS?
I. To obtain a warranty under these terms, you must contact us through email at team@rightthererepair.com.
II. You will describe the problem or defect in detail.
III. Our managers shall further guide you on how to proceed further.
IV. If your claim is successful your iPad will be repaired free of cost by Right There Repair. 

SECTION 6 – LOSS OR THEFT
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged devices that are not in our possession such as the school
library, school offices, classrooms, or district office before or after repair or any returned devices not
repaired.

SECTION 7 – REPAIR POLICY OF RIGHT THEIR REPAIR
I. All repairs approved by our quality guidelines must be paid for in full before they can be returned
to the student.
II. There are no bench fees or diagnostic fees unless agreed upon prior to the more – “intense”,
difficult, and/or extensive repairs.
III. If for some reason, a repair falls short of quality guidelines we will ensure the device is returned in
its original condition to the school or school district where it was received as non-repairable and
the parent/student receives 100% of any charges.
IV. If for some reason, your iPad device is deemed not repairable or cannot pass the minimum
standard as provided by the school district at a capped budget of $300, we will return the device
free of charge.

SECTION 8 – REPAIR IN CASE OF WATER DAMAGE
I. iPads severely water damaged will not be accepted as they would not be acceptable to your
school.
II. If the iPad device has been submerged into water, these iPads will be automatically deemed
unrepairable as these would not be acceptable to the standard guideline policy.

SECTION 9 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
I. This Warranty policy contains your entire agreement with us in relation to its subject matter. All
prior representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) and agreements are excluded to the
extent permitted by law.
II. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty repair or warranty rework, if the given iPad was not
repaired by Right There Repair or has been tampered with in an attempt to repair by an
unauthorized repair shop or personal. The warranty may also be void if the iPad has been
damaged after the repair. This includes any damage to the part replaced or in areas near the part
replaced.
III. By getting your iPad repaired from us you are deemed to be bound by all the terms in these
Warranty terms.
IV. The Warranty terms are subject to the rules and terms set by Right There Repair. These terms can
be changed, deleted, or amended at any time without any prior notice. The final decision for all
warranty-related matters rests upon our managers.
V. If any term of our warranty is illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the legality or
enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.
